"Good value at reasonable distance from Amsterdam"
I did not have the best experience but the Hotel isn't 100% responsible for this.
-Pool to do small laps
-Night Bus (N30) from Schipol Airport to Hotel in 5min (5 euros) not long after the 3:45AM train
-Nothing around the Hotel except for McD's
-Free Shuttle stops at 11h45
-Waits up to 40min for shuttle
-Room hasn't been cleaned 2 morning/4 due to late wake up
-Gym isn't a gym: no weights, only treadmills
-Air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the 4th night
I still recommend this hotel if you're well organized and want to save some money at the cost of 1 to 2 extra transportation hours per day.

Good comfortable hotel, though the shuttle from the airport can be crowded. During the weekends their restaurant is closed and they offer a 20% at the Radisson Blu restaurant less than 10 minute walk away. Overall good hotel to stay
Hotel shuttle picked us up at midnight. Timely, clean and safe. 15' to the hotel and straight to rest. Next morning, good breakfast and shuttle again. No issues and good service as you'd expect in a long trip.
We stayed at the hotel twice during our summer vacation. The hotel is close to the airport (a short 5 minute free shuttle ride). Both times we left in the morning before the hotel shuttle started (it starts at 6 AM) but the staff arranged for a cab to take us to the airport (I think it was $20.00 Euros). The rooms are clean, black out drapes so dark and there is a coffee maker in the room. Staff is super helpful.
Lovely hotel but when we checked in they said they were overbooked and couldn't give us the room or rate we had booked through Expedia. As would be expected - they moved us up to a slightly better room BUT they charged us more for it. Didn't think they could do that but didn't want to make a scene. We questioned it but they did not refund us.
Amsterdam’s international airport, Schiphol is 14 kilometres south-west of the city centre. It’s a modern efficient gateway, well signposted, boasting good shops and the Rijksmuseum Amsterdam Schiphol, which houses a small number of works from the Rijksmuseum. Within the terminal a train station provides a fast frequent service to the city centre and outlying areas. Taxis and airport-to-hotel shuttle services are also available.
