"This hotel has a lot of positives, great location, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet. The hotel is steps away from the central train station. A very busy area, however with windows closed our room was very quiet. Our main negative, we booked the Executive room with canal view. The description says it sleeps 4, however our room was very small with only 1 chair. I had to go down to guest services twice to get another chair sent up. The description on the website showed a loveseat. Our room was so small, there was no room for a loveseat hardly enough to walk around with the 2 chairs. Definitely the website and the room we booked did not match the room we were given. We were very dissapointed!! "

"I was only there one night but I liked the concept with the shared spaces, greater collaboration with people working there and staying there. I really liked the view from my room on 12th floor. I think only reason for not 5 stars is the price is a bit high £159 + taxes for one night and no breakfast. But otherwise a very nice place to stay thank you"

My experience has been extremely disappointing and far below the standard one would expect—especially considering the amount paid for the room. During my stay, I discovered a mouse inside the room. This was not only alarming but completely unacceptable from a hygiene and safety standpoint. A hotel room should be a clean, secure environment, and encountering a rodent raises significant concerns about overall cleanliness and maintenance. I was also traveling with my child, which makes this situation even more concerning. I have no way of knowing what the rodent may have touched or contaminated within the room, and this created additional stress and worry about our health and safety. This situation caused considerable discomfort and distress, and it has significantly impacted my stay. Given the severity of the issue, I do not believe the room met even basic accommodation standards. Considering the circumstances and the high price paid, I am requesting a full refund for my stay.
