Very convenient for the city centre as man y bus services run on Newmarket Road. Good breakfasts, friendly & helpful staff. Hotel is being refurbished and will need redecorating on completion. The refurbishment teams did not inconvenience us.

Basic hotel, very central, yes, was noisy till 3, but if your out till then, not a problem, I had a room at the back which was very quier after this, very comfy bed, would Def stay again for a night out
Great staff & lovely rooms. New menu is the restaurant is good but I miss the steak pie! 2 problems 1) shower pressure is non existent. 2) No drawers in the room to store your clothes.

Stayed in October for two nights, booked from Australia, good price my second time. Rooms nice, great views, fantastic cocktails, only problem is the worlds smallest breakfast, one mini hash brown,a fried egg and one piece of short cut bacon, I was hungry again before I left the car park.
