"Nice small city centre hotel with no frills"
We got the semi double room. Small (tiny actually) but we expected it and t was very cleverly laid out and the entire hotel was clean throughout. There are no frills at all in this hotel which leads to simple check in and check out and is a great hub to explore Tokyo (being right opposite akihabara station)

"Good location close to everything. "
Good free coffee, iced tea, good value for breakfast and nice touch for the free ramen at night. Great hot tub on the top floor, room is small but all amenities are provided. Will definitely stay here again. Two happy visitors from Canada :-) :-)

"Will definitely stay here again next time!"
Trip: leisure Location: 15 minutes walk from the Keisei Ueno station (fastest transportation to/from Narita Airport). Primarily a residential area, extremely convenient location, 3 minutes walk to subway station which takes you to just about every where in Tokyo. 15 minutes walk to Akihabara. Inexpensive dining places, a 7-11 a convenient store/market and a great sushi take-out place within 2 blocks. Room: extremely small, but very clean. The bed and pillows are VERY HARD and could be quite uncomfortable for a skinny person like me if sleep on the side (too much pressure on the bony parts of my body). Bathroom: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand cream, hair brush, razor, q-tips and hair-dryer are provided. Internet access: As of Mar 20 2015, WIFI is available in all rooms and the lobby. Breakfast/Food: meat, salad, egg and various kinds of bread, plus coffee, milk and orange juice. Served in the front lobby (no restaurant). Vending machines (pop, canned coffee, beer etc) and a microwave available at the ground level. Overall: love everything about the hotel, except the bed and the pillow, but all the other good things outweigh it so I am determine to stay here again the next time I'm in Tokyo.

"Nice hotel in the middle of Akihabara!"
Tokyo hotels are is the one at APA....but how much time do you intend on spending in your room? That being said...this small room was super efficient and gave us everything we needed. The double (more like a queen) was VERY comfortable and the room was cleaned daily with items like toothbrushes, hair brush, q-tips, toothpaste, body sponges, shampoo, conditioner and body soap replenished every single day. The hotel staff new enough English to help if I needed it. Lastly, they have a washer and dryers, microwave, ironing board/iron, ice machine etc. on different floors throughout the hotel. It was very close to the train station that took you directly to the monorail and then to the airport. Several restaurants and a 711 are also nearby. Akihabara is known for big tech shopping...but you can also find artisan shopping near under the train tracks near the train station. Would I stay there again....ABSOLUTELY!

"Good location."
The location is close to 3 subway lines. The room was small even for Japan. The first time it was a little bigger, possibly because it was a corner room. The second time I had to put my suitcase on the only chair. The bathroom is raised a step up which could be a factor to consider for some. I checked out the buffet breakfast but we did not take it. The main courses were sausages and fish. If you want eggs, the Matsuya 24 hr fast food does offer a set breakfast with 2 eggs plus curry rice etc for 450. (Location: go left from hotel to junction of Sotobori & Yasu---- where Starbucks is. Turn left for about one block. Matsuya and Yosinoya are on the other side.) Across the street from the hotel, Mister Donut serves some noodles, congee and rice in addition to donuts. The Olympic across the street is a supermarket which we had not realized until late during our stay. The complex across the street has restaurants in at least 2 areas. Through the escalators there you can reach the C subway station easily. Next to the C station is a street with many restaurants. We decided to take the Keisei train to Narita. To use the C subway, you need to transfer to E and then to G. I turns out that the G-14 station is within walking distance ( 15-20min, right in Akihabara where the anime stuff are) to go to G-16 where the Ueno Keisei station is. The limited express train cost 1000yen and took less than 70min.

"Very clean studio apartment ideally located"
This is a very clean studio apartment with modern amnesties and spotless bed linen and comfortable Japanese style sleeping arrangement. Location wise it is superbly located: very close to the Akihabra train station, and also close to the entrance/exit #6 of the Kanda station (which is closed after 10pm). The only negative point about this is that the registration has to be done at the office located about a 1Km from the actual accommodation, which opens from 9am till 9 pm only. If you arriving after 9 pm, prior arrangement has to be made for check-in which worked out very well for us since we were already in Tokyo so we could do prior check in.
