"Great hotel close to station"
This hotel was great it was new/updated and clean and was in a good location close to a major train station. The staff were very nice and helpful. If your a fan of anime then this is a great location for shopping etc. The rooms were a bit small but we didn't spend much time there anyways. I would recommend this hotel.

"This is the best hotel in AKIBA!! "
Ok, so first, this hotel is amazing! This was my second trip to Japan, and I want to stay here any time I come back! Super close to the subway and a really short walk to the JR station. The hot spring is amazing, the staff are very friendly, and free ramen every night!! Now, some nitty gritty things. The staff don't speak english as well as some at other hotels, but it wasn't an issue. Plus with apps like Google Translate this shouldn't even be a concern. They were still wonderful and very helpful. The free ramen is basic, but still quite good, and hello! It's free!! Every night!! They ask that you leave the keys at the front desk every time you go out. A little odd, but really, it's not that big a deal. My main issue was the bed. It's hard. So if you can't tolerate a really firm mattress, you may want to look elsewhere. But by the second night, I was used to it. So while not as comfy as I'm used too, it was a clean bed every night. I was fine. Also, since there's the public hot spring, the rooms don't have a tub. Do if you enjoy those soaking tubs in your room and don't want to be naked in the public bath... Just know that before booking. That's it really.... My friend and I had a great stay. Oh! The breakfast is great!! I had the Japanese breakfast, and yes, there are fin bones in the fillet. But its grilled fresh fish in Japan,.. But just be aware of that. They do offer a western alternative though. All in all, this is a really great hotel in AKIBA!! I highly recommend it!

"First time Cstmr"
We, two, stayed seven nights straight. Their linen and amenitiy supplies, which are high quality, are excellent. Location is also good for Ochanomizu, Akihabara, Hongo, and Ueno. But the room is unfortunately not spacious for two persons.
