"We had a fantastic time at this hotel, the staff were so lovely, they suprised my husband and I as it was his birthday and we were going to the airport that day and they bought him cake and paid for our taxi to the airport, the hotel was in a good location easy access to most things and a lot of tour companies pick up in district 1, breakfast was lovely and the restaurant staff can’t do enough for you "

"Hotel is located adjacent to Saigon Center. It is very congested with traffic in front of the hotel especially when the streets are closed during holidays and weekends. Staff always welcome us by opening the door. The room was newly decorated with some of the amenities. No free water bottles, no hair conditioner nor hand/body lotion. The room and bathroom lights are very dim for us. The bed is very good with good support for our backs. Limited hangers in the closet. We were disappointed that the self laundry is no longer available. It was available when we booked the hotel. They advertised as family amenities to use self laundry. Now we had find self laundry...The pool is nice but we didn't use it. "

"We loved this hotel. Very nice room with comfortable bed, great pool with city views, good rooftop bar. Staff was very helpful, made suggestions for places to get bahn mi and pho at local places and helped us with a Grab to the airport. It’s in a mall which seems odd but it’s not! Mall food court is actually really good. "

"Staffs are very unhelpful do to under staffs and under training. Elevators are small and very slow. Toillet seat and the Bed are separated by a tinted glass. Bay is not a 4 stars hotel as stated on expedia. Thía í best would be 2 stars. Bay is over charged for the room and the quality of $110/night. Avoid this hotel in Bay in District 1. General manager of this Bay Hotel should be back in training."

"Stunning reception areas. Room a little dated but ver comfortable. Thick/hot duvet on bed. Noisy a/c. Only small hand shower over bath. Noisy location. I ordered room service breakfast. Fruit excellent but poor poached eggs on un toasted soft white bread."
