Interesting
We were not advised that the resteraunt would be closed during the holiday season. There was a lot of places to eat after a 10 min walk. However the area seemed a bit dangerous after it turned dark if you walked on the wrong street. The room was quite odd. Table and TV was in the "Master" bedroom and the other bedroom led out to the balcony. The kitchenette was in the hallway. Odd setup! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Walking distance (10min) to the Metro. This was our second time visiting the Paris region and the first hotel was much nicer. Also booked through Expedia...just read everyones reviews and trust their opinion

Between City and EuroDisney
Hotel itself was very good but a long way and difficult to get to from airports. Access to city and Eurodisney worked well on trains though a 20 minute ride into Paris. Located well into the outer suburbs. Not told about great range of restaurants available in area until discovered by accident.

For Paris, this was cheap, big and sufficient
For up to 6 people not in hurry to get places, this hotel is perfect for the price. We stayed in the 2 bedroom family apartment. RER train stations are near but most people would probably prefer driving or busing to them, rather than walking. For driving, parking is available at the station and if its full there is a big shopping center next to it where you can park. Disney is 10 minutes on the train, heart of Paris about 25 and Versailles way at the other end of town is about 40 minutes. The room itself is sufficient and spacious. Its not a brand new hotel and some things are gently worn but its clean comfortable. If you a looking to enjoy a nice hotel, this is not the hotel for you...it is simply a clean place to sleep and get your day started before you head out. Knowing some French helps and understand that customer service in France is "different"... the more you demand the less you get. Rather, if you have problem with your room or anything, be persistent in asking for what you need until you get it BUT be polite and patient in the process. Parking for the hotel is available in front or in the underground complex which is next to the elevators. You have a medium size refrig and very small kitchenette and that worked very well for breakfast for us - cereal and toast. Breakfast by hotel is pricy. The kitchen sink was nice for clean up and there were also pots, pans and dished which we did not us-brought out own. Voila...hope that helps.
Less tourists in Sept, October and November...but check the weather ahead of time. Also, to save a few bucks, dont get the tourist 5 day metro pass, just get the normal 5 day pass...you wont use all, if any, of the discounts at stores and museums if you get tourist one...but dont take my word for it.
