"Goof"

"I was there for only 9 hours due to a long layover. The staff was very friendly and took care of all my needs. I will revisit this hotel in the future for a extended stay."

"The breakfast and pool side restaurant were great."

"We booked this hotel for one night because we landed at 4am and needed somewhere to sleep. I called days beforehand and asked if it was okay to book this room for the day before and check out the next day just so we had somewhere to sleep. Everyone at the front desk said yes. When we get there, the lady at the front desk tells us no and that we can’t check in. We are then forced to sleep on the couch in the lobby and wait for a manager to come. She was extremely rude and didn’t even try to help us out. 3 hours goes by she gets relieved and her coworker then tells us, our room has been ready and that she doesn’t understand why the First Lady didn’t let us up. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had and I’m thankful for the Second Lady we talked too but I would not stay here again."
