“"Can't wait to go back",”

The room was neat and comfortable. the service was pleasant and accommodating. I had no issues with the staff whatsoever. The door handles have to be jiggled a little but got it. A few minor outside maintenance issues, but it is a large building with a lot to cover so there will always be issues. A nice continental breakfast with pastries, and coffee.

“wonderful location”

We only booked 1 night to break a long journey and to see the Mayflower, so we paid a bit extra for the Mayflower view. It was so convenient. We just put the car in the car park and walked everywhere in this delightful town. Staff were very helpful, we arrived a little early but we were made welcome, and later I was given every assistance when I wanted to use the clothes washing facilities. The room was comfortable and adequate for 1 night, I would be happy to return and spend more time there.

“Not plush but meets basic needs”

Clean room and bathroom, small fridge and coffee maker in room was a plus. great view from waterfront room, close to everything. Friendly staff. Light continental breakfast. Wifi only available in lobby, however I found that it could be used in my room also but the signal was always low so long downloads would not be possible but ok for checking emails. This is not a plush hotel but it meets basic needs.

“Don't judge a book by its cover”

Although the location is great, the facility itself is somewhat industrial looking. access is somewhat disjointed when attempting to get around the hotel itself. If you are not in an ocean view room, it could be very disappointing. Although it states that there is parking, they don't tell you that the parking lot cannot accommodate all guests and when it is full you have to go to a neighboring restaurant which will allow you to park there, if they also ahve enough room.

“Looking forward to return.”

Will be returning in future, but will be different time of the year. 40 degree days with 40 mph was a bit chilly. Walked several miles around town since hotel was in a good location. Eating was terrific at the cafe near by and at the harbor.

“A nice experience”

This hotel is trying hard to please and update. As everyone says the location is wonderful. What I really loved is that they were so happy to help you, more than a lot of more expensive name hotels we have stayed in. The breakfast area even had a waffle maker and newspapers. I saw they were building an exercise room to modernize. Yes, the rooms were musty even with the cleanings but what do you expect from being right accross the street from the water? I will use them again!

“PRICED RIGHT.”

THE HOTEL IS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ACTION WHICH IS GOOD. MORE ATTENTION SHOULD BE PAIDTO MAINTENANCE BUT I WOULD RETURN THERE.

“Mixed feelings”

I read other online reviews, so I pretty much knew what to expect. Before I booked, I didn't see any reference to Internet access as an amenity, but the hotel brochure said they provided it. I wished I had known that in advance. The hotel shows its age, as I expected. The outdoor corridors to the rooms could have been a bit cleaner, but it was off-season. Maybe they do a better job in the summer months. The only real complaint was that the hot water in the tubdidn't work, so we never took showers. Good thing we only planned to stay there 1 night.

“Location, Location”

Accomodations are nothing fancy, but location overlooking Plymouth Harbor and within walking distance of downtown area is a definite plus.
