This is a very convenient place to stay for my week of Nascar adventures. Just a short drive from downtown Charlotte with out the hassles of the big city. I look forward to coming back in 2016!
Freda was Awesome night desk help with getting me directions and ideas of things to do and see locally.
Thanks again for the Clean and comfortable room.
The room was wonderful, the facilities were excellent (especially the heated indoor pool). Everything was very, very clean. If you had need of anything all you had to do was ask. The staff was happy to help with anything. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the Rock Hill area. We really enjoyed having hot eggs for breakfast and 24 hours of coffee/tea. It was just all around great A#1.

We had no problem with the staff, or the room. The room was clean, and the staff answered our questions and if not they told us to look up activities in the brochures. I do wish they might have gone to some to tell us a bit of what they knew about the area. But over all we had a good experience.
A minor thing is the pool is small, but since we kayaked and did white water rafting, we had our water for the two days there. The breakfast had eggs, potatoes and sausage. Yogurt, apples and oranges. I didn't try the waffles, but the pasteries were good and the people staying at the time loved to connect with new people.
We had clean towels and the beds were comfortable.
I spent 2 nights in that I was in to attend graduation of nephew. My hotel registration was sweetened with some freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. The staff could not have been any nicer. All staff encountered was nice, helpful and professional.
The bed was a welcome comfort after driving all day. I think Hilton properties generally have comfortable rooms and furnishings. I have to remember that it is the Hampton Inn and the Homewood suites that offer the complimentary breakfast. For people traveling through town, an easy quick breakfast is usually more welcome.
With other choices in the area, if I were going through that town again, I might try another hotel.

Nice, quiet location
Very clean and classy
For some reason the bed gave me a sore back, has happened before at other Hampton Inns
The desk light was on upon entering the rooms and the push-switch was broke and down inside the lamp making it necessary to unscrew the bulbs to turn the light off....desk informed
When we arrived with our golden retriever they greeted Scotia with a biscuit! We had been travelling for 13 hours and they promptly assigned us a dog friendly first floor room close to the exit. We had a wonderfully clean room and an excellent sleep on a very nice comfortable mattress. There aren't a lot of dog friendly hotels so I wasn't sure how carefully it was maintained. It was as pristine as any Marriott I've been at. The most important part is that our dog was treated royally and she is rather shy so it made the visit a happy one..
Thank you for not just being pet friendly...... but also being pet FRIENDLY!
Although across the border in South Carolina, Rock Hill is considered to be in Charlotte’s fringes. The town’s Main Street is postcard-worthy with its mix of historic structures built between 1870 and 1835. Shuttered cotton mills are becoming residential, retail, and office space in the up-and-coming Textile Corridor. This thoroughfare connects downtown with Winthrop University.
