Had a nice time at this hotel. Only thing I was not crazy about was the pool. Not in a good location, it's pretty much in the parking lot and it's very noisy. Other than that we had a very nice stay and plan on returning. Ricky at the front hotel desk was very friendly.

I stayed at this hotel for a conference that was being held there. It was very clean and modern. They have reasonably priced snacks and microwave dinners for sale or you can eat in their dining room. It is only a block from a Starbucks and only a block over (in the opposite direction from Starbucks) from Market street where you can find lots of both upscale and casual eateries. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. If you are coming in from the airport, they have the Lady Liberty shuttle that takes people from the airport to the various hotels in the area for a very reasonable price. You call the shuttle from a courtesy phone in Terminal D by baggage claim. I gave the hotel staff a little bit lower of a rating simply due to the fact that they were understaffed at check out and the girl behind the counter was new and had a hard time.

We went to Philadelphia for a funeral and decided to go early and stay later to take some stress out of the original day-trip. The location, about 6 miles from the church, and price sold us. It was very convenient to access West Philly and later to downtown. The were plenty on places around and nearby to shop for food or whatever we needed and we were close to the interstate. The bed was comfortable. We had plenty of soft towels and washcloths, as well as a microwave, refrigerator, and a coffee maker.

I was not able to start my rental car due to the dead battery right before my scheduled interview appointment. The manager and the shuttle driver pinched in trying to help me jump up the car. Unfortunately their van was not able to get close enough to my car to do the job. The shuttle diver rushed me to the car rental office and got another rental car for my trip to my appointment. When I returned to the hotel in the evening, the manager asked the shuttle driver to help me again to jump up the dead battery so I was able to return the car to the rental office. Afterwards, The shuttle driver picked me up from the car rental and got me back to the hotel. During my ordeal, the management staff was super helpful with kindness and lots of patience. I'm deeply grateful.

I am a country girl that had been called over 100 miles away for Federal jury duty. Coming to this Hotel was a scary adventure to me~being a women, all alone. I was pleasantly surprised to find that inside was courteous and reassuring staff. The rooms were extremely comfotable and clean with very reasonable rates. If I had to come back...this is where I'd stay.
