This is a very basic motel that has clearly seen better days. Our room was clean (no sign of bedbugs), the air conditioner worked well, there was a good sized fridge & microwave. This property reminded me of places my husband and I or my parents would stay in the 80's & 90's when we were trying to save money and just needed a bed. This appears to be a "residence" motel, but it was quiet and felt reasonably safe. It's very rough around the edges and could stand a complete rehab, but our room had newer carpet. Bring your own hygiene supplies & hair dryer. I've stayed in more disappointing hotels for more money. If you have a sense of adventure and aren't too much of a cream puff, then this motel will serve you fine. If you need Hilton level amenities, then stay at the Hilton.
