First there was no Quality Inn sign on the Building anywhere, so I thought we were in the wrong place, but no it was correct. The staff was a bit short, it was really dirty in the entrance, it was an emergency trip, so we just needed sleep.We got to our room and it was dirty, their was clumps of hair on the floor, and dirt, and it was horribly run down, I don't think I would ever call this a Quality Inn maybe a runned down inn. The only good thing I can say is the Tv worked. They didn't even have Coffee in the morning??? Never ever would go back!

ROOMS WERE NOT CLEAN. NO HOUSE CLEANING SERVICE. WE WERE TOLD THEY ONLY CLEAN THE ROOMS EVERY THIRD DAY. NO CLEAN TOWELS WHEN WE CHECKED IN AND WHEN ASKED FOR SOME, THEY SAID THAT WOULD BE AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR THEM. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE AT ALL.

The bathtub was so dirty I showered with my flip flops on. They didn't have bath towels. The hand towel was so old it was coming apart in my hands. The phone didn't work.

They did not honor my reservation, said they double booked. We had to sleep in the car and I was still charged for 1 night even though they had no rooms. The hotel refused to refund me and I am still fighting with my credit card company to refund the money.

The room was an ok room if it were clean. There was empty liquor bottles in one of the drawers. Contraceptive wrappers in another. The towel (only one in the room) was dirty. Not sure what it was in the freezer.

The carpeting was FILTHY. Fresh vomit and beer bottles in the parking lot when we arrived. Kleenex was empty, clock and remote both broken in the room. NO towels in the room. Strong smell of old smoke and mold or mildew in the room. Free breakfast advertised but there was a sign in the lobby saying there would be no breakfast. It’s ok not to serve it but don’t advertise it. I would NOT recommend this property and I would never stay there again.

The rooms and hall way was not vacumed. The light switch by the sink did not work for the hair dryer or the coffee pot. No towels were in the room we had to get them from the front desk. No breakfast.

Terrible visit. Never had the opportunity to stay. Non-working A/C. No other rooms available. JUST YESTERDAY received my refund after fighting for almost a momth to get my money back. POOR POOR POOR POOR CHOICE OF A HOTEL!! FILTHY, DIRTY BLOOD STAINED SHEETS, NO TOWELS, NO SOAP AND PISS POOR MANAGEMENT!! BEWARE!!! NEVER EVER STAY THERE!!

At least there were no bugs...
Our room was not clean upon our arrival but instead of telling us that and asking us to wait to check in until it had been cleaned they just handed us the room key and let us be surprised. The toilet did not work. They gave us a new room with a functioning toilet but that one was not well secured and moved around during use. While the bed has fresh linens, it's hard to say if the room was actually cleaned as the bathroom definitely was not. The bathroom fan did not work, the tub/shower was clogged, the bed was missing some key linens (how do forget the sheet?), and there was signs of disrepair throughout the room and the building. Guests were expected to come to lobby to get their own towels/toiletries. Obviously this hotel was overbooked for their limited staff. Also, they still advertise online a free continental breakfast with your stay, but it is posted throughout the hotel that they still are not serving due to covid.

We got there 1am and our room was giving to someone else. He gave us another room and someone also in there already. He gave us a 3rd room and it was so dirty, no tows in the room.

Terrible hotel!
We arrived and checked in. When we arrived in our room the room was not made from the prior occupants. When we went down to the desk to have a resolution there were no other rooms available. Out in the parking lot there was broken window glass from other cars. We left and found another hotel. hotels.com should take this off of their list. This hotel is not the type of place that anyone would want to stay!
