Nice reception and very nice room conforrtable and with parking excellent. Nice air cli and very clean. Very good breakfast. Ask for credit card for deposit of $ 150l.00. Should take 5 to 6 days to refund...... Was surprised about that. Usualy they tear of the chargex when we get back home.

The hotel is well maintained and very clean. It takes only about 20 minutes to get to Montreal downtown. The breakfast is good.

We got a suite with kitchen, lounge, 2 double-bed rooms, 2 tvs, etc. fo 86$, including parking, WiFi, taxes and 2 breakfasts... Deal!

We really loved the 'pet friendly' policy! Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. Facilities great! I loved the steam room and spa. Will certainly go back.

It was a great location for us for the event that we were in town for.

I wanted to be able to easily get to Montreal on the Metro, but have a quiet place to come back to where I could park my car for free. I chose Comfort Inn Laval because of it's proximity to the Metro (3 minute drive, free parking at station), it's price ($98 CAD per night), and the brand name (Choice hotels are generally nice in this star rating.) the staff was beyond fantastic. They helped with directions, maps, even helping me figure out a computer issue with the WIFI. Wonderful staff. Housekeeping was also great. Room was immaculate and not a single detail was missed. The only drawback is that you're staying in a place with no specific charm that's part of a chain on the side of the highway. I didn't have the budget for charm. But I got a fantastic bathtub. In addition, Laval is made up of many tiny villages, many of them with gorgeous old churches and buildings. Great side drive. Stay here. You will not be sorry. Especially easy if you're coming by car. PS: the entire front desk staff speaks beautiful English, which was nice because my French is not so good.

Has a nice pool, clean rooms and a lot of parking space. Walking distance from few restaurants and food/beer supermarket.

A very comfortable place, breakfast kind of simple but good.

The motel is located in Laval, on a main street almost in line with Saint-Denis street, a major tourist destination, but across the Pont Viau bridge north of Montreal island. The orange line of the Metro passes nearby, I parked for free on Prieur street near the Henri Bourassa Metro station (one block south of the station, all day after 10 am). The motel itself still looks like the motels of the 50's: a large courtyard where one parks for free, no counter in the bathroom, very simple furniture. But: the room is spotlessly clean, the bed is comfortable, there is a flat screen TV, air conditioning, a fridge, a table and chairs to eat breakfast on. One picks up the breakfast in the office lobby: juice, coffee, bread, jam, yogourt, three kinds of cereals, muffins, croissants, bananas, apples... One can take as much as desired, and they never run out during the breakfast hours. All day, there is free coffee and cup cakes. The staff is pleasant, my room was very quiet (no noise from the neighbours, and one is too far from the street to hear traffic noise). I recommend this motel to anyone not looking for elegance, but for a very clean and delightful place to stay.
