“Decent Hotel 5 minute walk from Hoan Kiem Lake”

This hotel was very clean and the room was comfortable. Free internet in the room, which I did not expect in Vietnam. Quite a value for the money. We had a suite, so had plenty of room. But, it was smaller than suites in more "upscale" hotels so perhaps the same is true for "regular" rooms - ? The gym is just "so-so" but as we were in Vietnam for a bicycle tour, that wasn't really important to us. The restaurant is 24 hours, reasonably priced, and makes a great pho. There is a wonderful massage & nail salon located within the hotel - great staff, reasonable rates, and clean & professional. No one there spoke much English, but we were able to get what we needed.

The hotel is good location, there are many shop surrounding. The hotel staff are very nice and helpful. The room is comfortable. My kid liked the jaguzzi tub very much.

Excellent location and value for money for a 3 Star hotel. It's within walking distances to most of all the city's "must see" locations eg the Ben Tahn Market, War Memorial Museum, the Cathedral, water puppet theater. A good breakfast spread was also provided, rooms were clean and we even got a complimentary biscuit each night which was a pleasant surprise !. Would highly recommend others to consider this hotel.
