“Pleasant place to stay- highly recommended!”

Hotel is in a good location near the Ben Tan markets and major public transportation. Very good choice of food for breakfast, with both Asian and Western food preferences. Lobby is very well presented with friendly staff.

“Location & convenience”

Hotel is conveniently located about 50 metres away from Ben Thanh market. There are many restaurants nearby to choose from and even jewellery stores to exchange your currency. Other tourist attractions are also not too far away either by foot or by taxi. The hotel itself is in excellent condition as it has only been built about 14 months ago. The staff are friendly and do speak some English. The room is quite comfortable and there is free wi-fi which is very convenient. A buffet breakfast is served daily on the 9th floor and is considered sufficient to get one going. A very pleasant stay overall and given its convenient location will definitely go back again.

“Perfect location, highly recommended”

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in total, 2 when we first got to HCMC and one at the end of our trip before our flight out the next day. For starters, getting there was fairly easy by taxi we paid roughly 100,000-150,000VND each time we went to and from the airport. First room we had had no windows but was enough for what we needed, there was no cold water in the shower but was fixed straight away when staff was notified. Second room's bathroom was older and had a few cracks but the actual room was bigger so it evened out. Only negative was that our last night we stayed on the first floor and staff were loud all night as it was over new years. Overall a good experience, great breakfasts and super central! Perfect for location!

“Good location near market. Stayed here 3 times during our trip while connecting to other locations.”

Hotel very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly ~ helped us make other travel arrangements efficiently. Stayed in a suite room ~ small but comfortable with a window. Some of the regular rooms may not have a window?

“Small room, stinking drain!”

Although the staff was alright, and the breakfast was good, we were surprised at the smallness of the rooms. There was 2 to 3 feet between the bed and wall all the way around. The bathroom had a drain that REALLY stunk up the place. I would advise anyone and everyone to put a small cloth (hand towel?) with, say, an ashtray on top to contain the rechid smell.

“Good staff & excellent location”

Great location right opposite the market. Wonderful area for dining. Staff will organise very well priced tours to all major places of interest. A word of warning though - if you want comfort, book a private vehicle. Passengers were crammed in like sardines and the air con was really not good on a couple of the buses. Most of the staff at the hotel did not speak very good English so communicaton was a bit of a problem, causing some confusion but no major problems.

“as expected”

good standard for saigon the only disadvantage: young crowd playing games at the computer - but everything else was ok
