"I am 100% disabled. I was asked to move rooms three times due to reservation issues. I asked to see the GM the third time, and a new front desk person showed up who hadn't been there 2 weeks yet. I'll give them one more chance. Then I'll find a new place to stay while on Folly. Also...I'm a frequent flyer. I tip 20-30% in the off season. I deserve to be treated better, and with respect."

The beach itself was spotless, peaceful, and just steps from the back door. Inside, the house was immaculate—beautifully decorated, incredibly clean, and thoughtfully maintained. It felt like a true coastal retreat. We couldn’t have asked for a more gorgeous place to relax and enjoy the ocean."
