The Hotel is very well located. Beautiful place with great service.

The continental breakfast was great better than expected staff was very courteous including the cleaning lady the room was clean &comfortable very satisfied.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel, the staff are amazing they can't do enough for you. Rooms are all different and very clean. A very relaxing hotel.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. Overall my experience was great. I will definietly stay at this hotel again. The room was extremely clean and smelled great. Staff was very attentive. The restaurant inside this hotel was pleasant and they had 2 for 1 drinks at the bar. I recommend this hotel to everyone. I am sure they will enjoy it.

It was my second time in GDL and the Westin is by far still the best hotel. Stunning from the outside and just as beautiful inside. Fantastic staff! This hotel will always be my first choice

We had a 5-day stay, and would definitely return. Our room was spotless, excellent breakfasts served in dining room, and all staff were extremely helpful. The location was a plus with easy access to cabs and local bus. We found the roof-top deck a pleasant space to enjoy the outdoors beside the pool.

Didn't have time to enjoy the pool, but loved the grounds. Felt like I was in a Hacienda. The restaurant Los Canelos has great food and live music ( the music for a price but it is worth it).

We were looking for a comfortable (air conditioned) hotel for a brief stay in Guadalajara in June. The Intercontinental was centrally located for the places in Zapopan area that we needed to go, and we were pleased completely with the room, public spaces, restaurants and the reception staff. Wish thestay could have been longer so that we could have enjoyed the pool and spa (which emitted a beautiful aroma when entering the hotel from the adjascent parkade). When we return to the city again, this hotel will be at the top of the list for places to stay.
