South Delhi: South Delhi is the area south of Connaught Place and Rajpath. This area has great historical and cultural importance. Hauz Khas, a shopper's paradise, is also home to historical monuments such as a madarsa (college), tombs, and a mosque built by Firoz Shah Tughluq, a ruler of the Tughlaq Dynasty.
