Old bank turned hotel. Nice high ceilings and hard wood floors. Elevators worked fast even though old. Staff was amazing and helpful and very friendly. In a great area of downtown walk to Rocket Mortgage arena. The second door look on room did I not work, telephone not connected and flush mechanism on toilet broke. They did fix it right away for us

Great location! So many restaurants and things to do. Very near the House of Blues so concert options are super close as well. Shopping, parking, it’s all there. Staff could not be any friendlier! Loved this hotel!

The hotel itself was okay, very average but was sold on luxury. It smelled horrible, like an old grandma or hot garbage every morning. Whoever our neighbors were constantly was having people in and out and standing in the hallways. We had a child with us and there were MANY women dressed risqué every morning in the lobby even though the area is very much so catered towards children. The room was very spacious but very dated. And the elevators are terrifying, very very dated, small and do not work properly at all. The staff seems okay, but like they don’t want to be there.. which i wouldn’t either if i had to sit in that smell all day.
