Room was nice enough, the breakfast was very good and the people were friendly. But there were a few things I'd think about... the walls in the stairs going up to the accommodation were pretty shabby, which was a shame as the room itself was clean and stylish. The bathroom was big, but only had a shower, which was disappointing. more than that though, it was very cold. be warned, it's right on Chertsey High St, which doesn't come across in the details, and wheel-spinning BMWs were not mentioned at all. However, there are two big things that I take issue with. First of all, it is described as a restaurant. However, after a 225 mile drive I was told "oh no, we don't do food in the evening, you'll have to go across the road". ok, across the road was a pub and a proper restaurant, but I really wanted to just come down and eat. that was the point of booking somewhere that had a restaurant. And it was way overpriced. I stay in a lot of places, and the price I paid was far too high. It was about right for a boutique place with an attached restaurant in a quiet location. But not for what I got.
