"Great location overlooking the beach, which has both wide sand stretches and rock formations. But be aware, the gate to stairs down to beach has combination lock on it, so be sure to know it. There is a lot of road noise early in the morning since condo is located just off road. Can't imagine sleeping 6 here. There are two queen beds and two mini futons in upstairs bedroom that might serve for children, but not adults. Kitchen needs to be restocked with a few more items. Pretty sparse on...

"Clean room and smelled good and staff were very friendly and perfect ocean view and also the first night we got here we hear the Orcas calling each other . It was very peaceful ☺️"

"This hotel is a really solid, less expensive option for a stay in Newport. The only downside is that there is not much insulation in the walls or doors, so it’s not an ideal spot for light sleepers. Staying on the third (top) floor is a good idea. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed comfy, and the bathroom a decent size but on the smaller side. The buffet breakfast in the morning was delightful with plenty of seating. They served scrambled eggs, sausage, breakfast cubed potatoes, and biscuits and gravy as well as make-your-own waffles. They also had yummy blueberry muffins, bagels, yogurts, hard boiled eggs, cold cereals and hot oatmeal. There were a variety of juices and coffee as well. The heated pool and hot tub were great."

"The room was clean and the staff was helpful. Nice selection of food at breakfast. We walked a few blocks to a nice restaurant when we arrived. Enjoyed a good meal with a beautiful view of the sunset. Nice place to stay. The hotel is close to the beach and a few blocks off the highway, so we were able to hear the ocean and not the traffic."

"First visit here, and we will definitely go back again and again. Great location, every unit has a deck that looks out over the courtyard with a view of the ocean. Fully stocked kitchen, giant shower, giant TV (and we were in a "studio" unit!). Great friendly staff, and lots of dogs!! Our new favorite spot on the entire Oregon coast."
