Booked it. Stayed there. Enjoyed it. Traveling from Illinois to Florida. After visiting family in Indiana we decided we needed to stay in Nashville to coordinate our timing of our travel through Atlanta at an appropriate time to avoid rush hour and still arrive home in enough time to get a decent nights rest prior to returning to work. Logged on while driving (riding actually)and watched as room availabilty dried up before my eyes. Grabbed the room while it was still available and glad I did.
We have stayed here several times while taking my son to college and visiting him there. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen area is very nice. The only problem we had was with noise from the room above us. I would request a room on the 3rd floor next time we stay there. The room was good for the price.
We just stayed over this last weekend. First appearance the place looks nice from the outside and had quick check in. Nice staff. In the room, the air was not cold... they have a vent over it so it only blows to leg level and lower so no air was getting up..making sleep miserable and hot. Air conditioner was loud as well. The shower had nice pressure and was nice to see a stand up shower. But it leaked!! The glass door doesnt go all the way to the bottom so half way thru my husbands first shower we noticed his towel on the floor was half soaked. and the water was splashing over the door too. The pillows were soooo flat... bunching them up didnt help either. We did love the pool. But towels were never filled for being as hot as it was. Downstairs restrooms were clean. Breakfast was always a good selection. The only one that I kept passing on was the eggs. The first morning they had scrambled eggs and there was a least 1/4 inch of water in the bottom of the pan of them.
Renovations was ongoing during our stay. The breakfast area was not large enough to accommodate all the guests of the weekend. Refrigerator was unplugged in the room which caused it to thaw out leaving the carpet in front of it wet.
I assumed a best western would be about a 3 star hotel, however this was every bit of a 5 star for the price.
The room was so spacious and comfortable and incredibly well kept. Staff was so accommodating. Would
definitely go back
