"Convenient location, free parking, basic accommodations. No AC but we didn’t need it in April. Basic in wall space heater - on or off. Comfortable beds."

"The rooms are very outdated. There were no comforters on the bed and had to ask the front desk for blankets. The TV was so small and there was nothing but old TV shows available. Would be nice to have other services available. The guest room doors slam hard and often! It was very loud and annoying! The staff was helpful for the most part when in need of something but we were there when a big change of management was happening, which was obviously an issue for some of the staff. Good location. Over all, it was doable, but would not stay again."

"Not enough parking, even though there's an underground space. Clearance is only 6' so larger vehicles don't fit. Seems short staffed. They were polite but not very engaging. Building is clean but outdated and needs repairs. Location was pretty good, but overall I don't feel it was worth what we paid. "

"Need to redo the pavers that is the driveway. Too bumpy for regular standard height’s of vehicles. You could bottom out."

"They require you to leave your key or face a fine. I had to leave my key in the hotel room because no one was in the office at 7:00 a.m. when I left. If you're not in the office that's fine but there should be a place for a key drop off and I did not see one. "

"It's a 10. We stayed in a cottage that was spotless--starting outside. Landscaping was great, no garbage or weeds, etc... The interior was warm and inviting. Windows had been cracked to give a small cross breeze, the presentation was beautiful with great attention to detail. Bed was made with precision, towels were folded neatly, wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers were full. Microwave and fridge were clean, I'm telling you it was awesome. The front desk manager was friendly and helpful--thanks for the Fishwife recommendation! I'd gladly stay here again. The area was about 10 minutes from Cannery Row and the 17 Mile drive was nearby, too. It was safe and I'd have no qualms about walking by myself or with my daughters alone. I have a STR mgmt company and I'm giving this place a 10, which means something! "

"Cute and quite. The perfect place for a cozy getaway, centrally located. Ocean is with in walking distance. "

"The location offers great privacy. The lobby, bar, coffee shop, and pool area excellent. The buffet was great but you'll have to pay extra for omelets or other specialty dishes. Highly recommend. "
