We stayed here for a weekend and the hotel was really fantastic. Everything was well looked after, there was a great atmosphere and the staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent food too, especially the breakfasts.
Had a wonderful experience. The staff was so helpful and extremely friendly. Everything was explained, and then even helped us find our way round! The bathroom was massive, clean, and tidy. The bed was comfortable and the room itself was big as well. I felt very comfortable in my room and at night it was nice and quiet! Would recommend to anyone staying in Yarmouth to stay here! The prices per room were also very reasonable! Will definitely be using this hotel again! Couldnt think of staaying anywhere else.
Chose hotel from the Internet, Holiday Inn has a good reputation, the cost was reasonable and it was in the area close to where our friend lived.. The young lady on reception was very welcoming and later, when I didn't have a phone number for my friend, she did everything in her power find the address, print off maps and send emails for me. I was MOST impressed with the service.

Out front of this hotel is ample car parking space, which is local authority controlled and out of season offers free parking. Perhaps during the holiday season this might not be the case.
This is a very nice hotel. Not luxurious but a clean, tidy and functional hotel. The reception area is manned 24 hours a day. The bar area and restaurant are clean, tidy and inviting with ample seating.
The hotel is opposite the Sea Life Centre and very close to Wellington Pier and a short walk to the Pleasure Beach amusement park. It is situated about 15 minutes walk from the town centre. Close by are a range of restaurants, bars and cafes.
Our room was en-suite with standard decoration and had a comfortable bed. Tea and coffee making facilities were available in the room. A good sized TV with Freeview channels is also available.
The room was well maintained and cleaned on a daily basis. The bathroom is a good size with a toilet, washbasin and a good sized bath with a shower that feeds water from the bath taps. So mixing the temperature before diverting the water to the shower is advisable. It is by no means a power shower but adequate.
Certainly it is an hotel that makes a great base to use for day visits to various coastal places and to vi
