Stayed here while visiting daughter at UEA. Easy to get to and easy parking. A little too far out to walk to town centre but river walk looks very nice. The hotel is part of Norwich City football ground so could be busy on a match day. Otherwise a very pleasant and convenient hotel.

We stayed here for a weekend and the hotel was really fantastic. Everything was well looked after, there was a great atmosphere and the staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent food too, especially the breakfasts.
Chose hotel from the Internet, Holiday Inn has a good reputation, the cost was reasonable and it was in the area close to where our friend lived.. The young lady on reception was very welcoming and later, when I didn't have a phone number for my friend, she did everything in her power find the address, print off maps and send emails for me. I was MOST impressed with the service.
Had a wonderful experience. The staff was so helpful and extremely friendly. Everything was explained, and then even helped us find our way round! The bathroom was massive, clean, and tidy. The bed was comfortable and the room itself was big as well. I felt very comfortable in my room and at night it was nice and quiet! Would recommend to anyone staying in Yarmouth to stay here! The prices per room were also very reasonable! Will definitely be using this hotel again! Couldnt think of staaying anywhere else.
A last minute booking for a November weekend. My friend and I received a warm greeting by the manager. Although I had booked 2 single seaview rooms, I was fortunate to be given a double at the same price. As promised the view was lovely, despite the cold autumnal weather. Yes, the exterior paintwork was tired and the windows were single glazed, but the interior was very cosy and warm. In fact so warm I had to open the window. The following morning, we were greeted by an excellent breakfast, comprising fruit juice, yoghurts, cereal, full English and as much toast and hot drinks as we could manage. The waitresses were very attentive. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and I only wish I could have stayed longer.
