Stayed for a few days. Staff were exceptional for their excellent Customer Service, nothing was too much for any of them. Hotel is within walking distance of the centre of `Kings Lynn but far enough out to avoid traffic noise etc. Room 26 was very well appointed with comfortable bed and excellent refurbished en-suite. The shower was the best I have ever used.

We stayed just two nights here and found it to be just what we needed. A short walk from the station, it's some way from the centre of town but close to pleasant riverside walks. Our room was tiny but perfectly adequate and spotlessly clean with a very pleasantly appointed bathroom. The breakfast room was spacious and bright and the breakfast itself was well cooked and plentiful. All-in-all we felt well looked after and would unreservedly recommend this for a short stay.

Arrived just as Uruguay scored its first goal against England! Had the pleasure of a pint whilst enjoying the hospitality of the staff and cheering supporters. An experience I will remember fondly. Shame the result was not to thier liking but good humour and friendliness all round. Noise calmed down soon after I retired. Nice uninterrupted sleep. I would take this type of accommodation any day over a sanitised Holiday Inn.

Very nice hotel, thought we had booked the apartment but upon arrival was put in a 4 bedded room. Went to reception and was very helpful and changed our room immediately, The food was excellent. Our whole experience for my daughters 25th birthday at this hotel was superb. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

We stayed one night for our 45th Wedding Anniversary. Accomodation very clean and comfortable, facilities in room best we have had for a long time. Dinner was great, plenty to choose from, food and service excellent. Breakfast the next morning also excellent. The sun also shone for us, super.

Stayed for one night in the single/shared bathroom. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. As I was starting early before breakfast had started, I couldn't take advantage of a cooked breakfast but Di the cook made me some toast and a mug of coffee which was much appreciated. As my first experience of Norwich it was a wonderful and friendly start.

good room shame charge for breakfast was so high. Did not realise that Wifi was available.

Very nice hotel and lovely gardens. I bit hard to find but worth it.

One feels safe and secure. A warm welcome is given. Beware, your car will need a good wash as to arrive one must travel via mud tracks.

Had a wonderful experience. The staff was so helpful and extremely friendly. Everything was explained, and then even helped us find our way round! The bathroom was massive, clean, and tidy. The bed was comfortable and the room itself was big as well. I felt very comfortable in my room and at night it was nice and quiet! Would recommend to anyone staying in Yarmouth to stay here! The prices per room were also very reasonable! Will definitely be using this hotel again! Couldnt think of staaying anywhere else.
