3 star Hotels in Broadway - Times Square

My experience at The Wellington was excellent. I was traveling alone and was concerned about safety. This hotel is conveniently located on 7th Avenue, just 10 blocks north of Time Square. I could walk home very late at night because there are police stationed all along the way from Times Square, even midnight-2 am. The staff was very attentive and there were always plenty of employees working each shift. I rarely had to wait in line for anything (e.g, check-in and -out, bell hop service, etc.). There is a subway stop right across the street. There is a diner/coffee shop right downstairs and the food was good. And if you ordered room service, the price was the exact same so it was a good deal. You just had to pay a small delivery fee ($3 I think). Overall, I was very happy with this hotel and it came at a bargain price.

Had a great experience at this hotel. This was our second time here. Will return.

Suprisingly large for manhattan, easy walk into central park, and times square.

I love New York, Close to the subway line I wanted to use.Everything was rite there

Decent breakfast, saved us a lot of money. Parking is very convenient and just across the street. Hotel smells good and very clean.

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. Again it filled all my needs in a great way. Check-in was fast and efficient and was no problem a couple hours earlier than the 3 pm check in time. The room was spacious and one of the largest I've had in NY at any price. It included a compact tub and small closet. Flat screen TV and coffee maker rounded out the amenities. It is in the heart of the theater district which is perfect for me. High speed internet was high speed and mostly reliable.

I attend to the Intrepid Museum and for may surprise the have the space shuttle Enterprise, bean a Star Trek Fan be in front of the ship it was a moment. The Sunday I found myself in an open market 7ave from 42st true 57st.

Stayed here with my wife and six year old son. He loved the bunk bed he slept in. Our bed was a king, pretty rare in NYC. An indoor pool, sauna and steam room kept us quite busy when we were in the hotel. Staff were great.

We were in the city w/friends from the northwest. Everyone at this hotel was very helpful. I cannot think of anything to suggest / modify to improve. Diane
