"Outstanding experience"
We selected Le Jolie primarily based on location and price. We had stayed at another hotel in Williamsburg in October and the room price had almost doubled in the summer. From the moment we arrived, the staff was efficient, cordial and responsive. We received information about the complimentary breakfast, plus coffee and tea available 24 hrs. Our room was comfortably cool when we entered, well appointed, attractive, and impeccably clean and included a small refrigerator and jewelry safe. Shortly after our arrival, we received a call from the front desk inquiring if all met our satisfaction. There were ample electrical outlets, complimentary WiFi, etc....It is one of the best properties we have experienced including others in a much higher price range. Additionally, it was very convenient to the L subway into Manhattan. I would recommend this hotel to anyone regardless of the reason for travel. Don't be concerned about the location overlooking the BQ expressway, #278. Our room facing Meeker and the expressway was very quiet, well insulated by double windows with several inches airspace. We were attending our daughter's wedding. Finally,we encountered other guests who were repeat customers and we will be the next time we visit BK!

"Surprisingly pleased"
Needed to book a hotel quick (literally one day before) for an over night stay. The hotel is not in the best area (bed-stuy is where Jay Z is from) and is a few blocks from the subway but this is Brooklyn not Manhattan so what can I expect right? Hotel was very nice actually. Really really clean, cool faux hardwood floors very modern feel. Room was pretty comfortable for two people at most. Staff was not helpful at all. I was constantly calling the front desk for missing amenities and was told someone would be right up etc. No one ever came and I had to actually go down to the front desk myself to get what I needed. The day of check out the girl working the front desk was so miserable and pretty much kicked us out of our room. Sorry you hate your life. Anyways I might stay here again if I need a quick, overnight stay in Brooklyn otherwise Ill stick to Manhattan.

"Nice hotel centrally located"
The experience was pleasant. I would recommend as the hotel was decorated well and the staff was nice. Our room was clean and everything was provided as expected. Available and free parking was a plus. Breakfast was also included.

"Affordable stay in Brooklyn"
Using the term affordable loosely, but I suppose it's relative given the hotel prices in the area. Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk was helpful and accommodating. Good location in that it's a 5-10min walk to the subway, but the immediate area isn't very nice. Only complaint is the cleaning staff are kind of noisy some mornings, talking/joking out loud in the hallways, not very considerate for those still sleeping.
