Conveniently located, very clean, helpful staff, extensive complimentary breakfast.

We went to DC for the Cherry Blossom Festival. We decided to stay outside of downtown because of the large crowds and traffic expected. I booked this room on the internet. We arrived at the hotel which was very close to downtown and Pentagon City. The checkin was quick and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were clean and had everything you could need for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable with fresh crisp linens and each bed had 4 pillows which is rare. The shuttle took us to and from the Pentagon City Metro stop. We could not have been more pleased with the hotel and the close proximity to DC and the staff. I had read negative reviews but I did not see any of that. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will use this again the future! Great job Best Western!

it was a very convenient clean and comfortable stay

It's a comfortable, nice, pleased experience staying in this hotel even though just one night. Also, the hotel staff of the front desk helped me print the boarding pass. I will stay this hotel next time.

Lots of good places to eat in walkable neighborhood.

I booked a small room because I'm not a fussy traveler and don't need much. The room was clean and the bed comfy. The room had a nice feel and was close to things I wanted to see and do.

Everything was perfect all the way down to the shuttle.

If you do not mind 30mins metro ride to Washington DC, and less powerful fan in bathroom, which cannot clear the humidity after shower, this is good hotel. I did not mind those things, actually.　Path to metro station was a bit scary for 3 girls at 10 pm, but it was safe. We did not see any dangerous thing at all. Our room was very clean and a had hair dryer. So, I recommend you this hotel.
