"It is always a lovely stay - the rooms are exceptional and so quiet. There was an issue with the phone and the TV in my room and how staff handle these things is always the test, they were endlessly helpful and offered to change my room - I declined because I really didn't feel like moving all my stuff. The issues did not affect my stay at all, I highly recommend the hotel if you need a rest before hitting the road or want a quiet night before an early flight!"
