We were checked in quickly and efficiently, our car was taken away for us and headed straight upto our room. Super clean, more modern than I expected for accomodation of that price. So good! Well appointed room, we were lucky to have a room on the 22nd floor too! Everything looked and felt clean, it was a nice feeling for out first time in a hotel since COVID hit NZ last March. The only negative I have to comment on is the abrupt entry of a cleaner at 715 the next morning… Assuming we had gone? She was apologetic but that’s unfortunate. I would definitely stay again

We got there for check in at 2pm and only just got in to are room at 7pm so we missed the whole six60 concert apart from the end so was very mad and was expecting some money back or some compensation for having to wait 5 hours to finally get in the room then having to rush to get changed then go to the concert and we had a Corporal box so paid a lot of money and didn’t get the whole experience.

We weren't aware of the cost of valet parking and it took us by surprise. Our room temp was extremely cold and difficult to adjust to a suitable temp. The nightclub behind the hotel was extremely noisy during the night and into the small hours. It was a shame not to have a hotel restaurant for breakfast. The location was great and the room was clean and suited our needs perfectly.
