Situated in Cubas street, downtown Wellington's Bohemian quarter and home to an eclectic collection of cafes, op-shops, boutique, small fashion stores, art galleries, and music shops.This apartment is tucked away inside the "Wellignton's Workmans Club" which is designed to have elaborate Edwardian Classical Facades by Thomas Turnbull,a prominent member of the Royal Institute of British Architects in the late 1800's.The building is listed in New Zealand's heritage list for historical significance.
The building has very unique high ceilings.
It has 3 private bedrooms and shared 1 1/2 toilets, huge living space and kitchen.
THE APARTMENT IS OLD, SO EXPECT THE USUAL WEAR AND TEAR THAT COMES WITH OLD BUILDINGS. THE WALLS ARE THIN AND IS NOISY SPECIALLY ON FRIDAYS AND SATURDAYS, WHERE YOU'LL HEAR MUSIC TILL 2 AM.
