"The staff couldn't have been more helpful after I discovered I had made a mistake with my booking. They took the time to sort this out and were very warm in their manner. What had been a stressful situation was taken care of with ease and I was able to to return to peace of mind."

my notes as a noise sensitive person: air conditioning hum was quite loud for some reason (compared to other places).
Our mid week visit was quiet, didn't hear noise from other rooms.
Note for improvement - room door responds to every other door moving on the floor by making a sound like someone is trying to come in. We wedged cardboard to stop that, but it was initially quite anxious-making.
