I had a pleasant stay. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly, and even found a phone charger for me to borrow when I realised that I'd forgotten mine, which was much appreciated. The room was warm, comfortable, and although it was on the smaller side, it was excellent value for money and had everything I needed for my stay. My only suggestion would be to include a selection of herbal teas in the room, as that would have been a nice additional touch. Overall, a great stay with excellent service, and I would happily stay here again.

Check-in was mediocre was not feeling the happy, friendly vibe that so many reviews wrote about. However that change with other friendly approachable staff during the course of the stay especially with the check-out staff who actually showed me there was an internal door to the carpark when they swiped their card to get me to my car. Which would of been helpful if I had been told that at check-in. Overall very happy with the stay. Thank You.
