Hotel concierge was Very friendly and helpful! Restaurant staff were great! Only problem is the hotel information on the website shows they have a policy which is 72 hours room vacancy between guest stays. But i found out it was not ture at all. When I came to check in, the room wasn't ready. I understand if this happened in other hotels because i arrived before lunch time. But Can't understand if the room has been vacant from last 72 hours?! I've advised the receptions staff about this, and told them to remove this policy from OTA website. they don't seems like paying attention on the problem. The reaction of the staff was nothing! Im sure ahe wasn't going to inform the hotel reservation team to have a look. The 72 hrs room vacancy between guest stay policy still here. If anyone wants to book this hotel because of this policy, you will have to consider it or call the hotel reservation team to make sure!
