There were school aged children running around making tons of noise and being very disruptive. Instead of do anything about it, the staff member who was not wearing a mask put me in a different room on a floor where the bathroom was out of order. I then had to be inconvenienced again to move rooms a second time. I was not the one being disruptive and should not of been inconvenienced due to someone else’s inability to be respectful to other guests.
The staff members not wearing masks, or not wearing them correctly just shows they do not care about their guests and in these trying times I will take my money and stay elsewhere next time.
