"Clean clean, clean! Bed was very comfortable everything was in the condo that we needed. Snorkel masks, cooler. Even though we were there duringthe Kona low, our time was relaxing and enjoyable. Definitely would stay here again, and I'm very fussy!"

"Ants and coakroaches in the room. Mould and AC leaking. Wet carpet. Microwave not working. Toileteries missing and not replenished. Rooms were not serviced for towels and replishment. Service was poor. Ac door was vibrating when you set fan at high speed and vents were blocked with dirt. We changed 3 rooms 650/210/810 and all room had issue. Not worth money they charged for the trip. We even couldnt sleep 4 nights we stayed there."

"Staff was great and very accommodating as I needed to modify my stay after checkin. Property is clean but it is a little dated (although that seems common on the Big Island). Easy to get to the national Park from this hotel. There is also a nearby park within walking distance for easy access to the ocean. Recommended for a stay in Hilo."

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. The rooms were clean and all of the rooms had incredible views. This place is close to the farmers market and lots of restaurants. Parking was assigned to the room and it was safe. "
