"Our case is still pending investigation answers, but this newly built property had a terrible cockroach infestation. We lost groceries because the roaches were getting *inside* the fridge! Contacted the owner and did not hear back for a day. No resolution offered and was told pest control was scheduled for after our checkout, which was still 5 days out.
