"Our room was on ground floor with a hot tub. Facilities were good and the bed was very comfortable. Some elements were a little tired. Staff were outstanding and responsive to all requests and questions. Nice dining area and presentation. Great central location to Grasmere village. Our only issue is that parking can be a lottery - but staff were happy to help."

Lovely views of garden and hills. Breakfast and evening meals were fantastic (and I’m very picky as a nutritionist). Very relaxing overall because it felt like everything was taken care of.
