Hotel was very clean generally and room was also very clean. Staff were helpful and polite. Pool and jaccuzi is nice addition. Location is right in the middle of the city centre with loads of Restaurants nearby..

The location is excellent and the staff superb. My room was a bit time worn, but quiet and clean for a great night's sleep. Just a few steps to great cafés and restaurants. Definitely visit Bordo Lounge!

The Crown and Mitre is a beautiful old hotel. The rooms are very spacious and it was very neat and clean, even providing robes and slippers. It is located close to all the attractions and main shopping areas. The reception staff were very helpful and the breakfast was great, would highly recommend a stay at this grand old hotel!
