"I liked having a private thermal pool. I had never had that before, so that was a nice touch. The room was clean, and it was nice having clean towels and the rubbish being cleared each day. As a personal experience, the Wi-Fi was spotty, but I could at least use my laptop if my phone wasn't connecting. Other than that, it was a good experience."

New Zealand is all about adventure — so for one of my first adrenaline-pumping activities, I did white water rafting on the world’s HIGHEST commercially rafted waterfall with Kaitiaki Adventures! I was incredibly nervous at first because the rapids were strong, but in the end it became extremely fun! We basically went through Kaituna River, over 14 rapids and 3 waterfalls which includes the 7meter Tutea Falls (thee said highest commercially rafted waterfall in the whole world!) This is definitely a MUST for you to do when in New Zealand!

"The staff was wonderful. The room was lovely and the the bed very comfortable. We had difficulty with the heating, but the desk person came and showed us how to use it. So all was better. The bathroom was quite large.the bar/restaurant had a fun vibe and the lobby of the hotel made me want to just sit and relax. It was quiet, we did not hear our neighbors. It was centrally located. Only problem was parking."
