"Very helpful as we were driving in with a number of road closures. Excellent breakfast! Lovely room and setting. Very close to a nice walk we did the next morning."

"We had a great check in by Jass who has a lovely caring and welcoming personality. She really made our stay worthwhile with her friendly nature. Thank you so much "
"Loved our stay. Have booked again. Family friendly and so many things to do that you could stay here your whole stay and not need to leave. Convenient dairy nearby. Not far from Rotorua life. Can’t wait to come again. "
"Beautiful hotel! Convenient location to areas of dining and shopping!
The only thing negative there is no parking lot or parking garage. There is valet parking which cost 59 NZ dollars per night amd on street parking free 5 pm til 9 am. So we choose street parking but then left hotel early to avoid a ticket. "
