This is not a great place for families. Yhe pool was not kid friendly. Really deep with no steps or hand rails into the shower end which even that was over 1m derp

Best placed hotel in Tauranga/Mount area, right next to the water. Had a great room overlooking harbour. Small gripes, but, please, all quality international hotels I have used recently allow credit card authorisation on arrival by Apple Pay from phone (if your are an iPhone user). Please check and upgrade your systems! And, a 5 or 6 number key code to put in room lock every time you want to unlock door, please, everyone still uses key cards, even environmentally friendly wooden ones!! Great hotel, recommend to one and all!
