"I found my room nice, clean, and warm. Staff were helpful of my needs and request of ground floor room and I was provided care and comfort throughout my stay. Even got a voucher for a free bowling game. Dinner at the restaurant was good with very caring staff who offered free room service. "Just outside of Queenstown centre where there are plenty of food and dining options. We did have a car and it only took us a couple of minutes to drive there so it would be about 10-15 min walk to the centre. Apartment was clean and modern and the bed was comfortable. We really liked the gas fire place. "
