"There were numerous things that were misleading about this property on booking. The major issue being the 4th double bedroom was downstairs in the garage. Exposed to the cold, far away from others in the house and we were unable to use it as a bedroom which made sleeping arrangements difficult as a party of 8 (2 families). "Perfectly situated, walk across tree lined street to one of the best cafes and brekkie spots or 3 houses away from a cool little farmers shop for provisions. "The view of lake Wakatipu from the property is stunning. There is a long stairs to the property that may not be suitable for the eldery with limited mobility. The spiral stairs to go up to the loft bedroom is very narrow and may be unsafe for small children. The house was hotter than the sauna when we entered. We would have given a 5 stars rating, if the air conditioning was turned on prior to our arrival. "
