"Loved the staff, helpful as due to the size of hotel we had to get directions a couple of times from the lobby to our room in another block/ wing of the hotel. Staff provided a map and other and staff were helpful when asked. The view from our room was gorgeous of the mountains. There is path through a local park which is close by that you can take to the center of Queenstown with restaurants and stores. Ate a couple of times at on site restaurant and service and food was good. "

" Holiday Inn Express & Suites Queenstown was an absolute gem! The free breakfast was a great bonus—delicious, fresh, and a perfect start to the day. The location is unbeatable—right in the city and within walking distance to everything, including shops, restaurants, and the lakefront, which made it super convenient especially with the busy traffic in Queenstown. The facilities were modern, clean, and really well looked after, and having secure parking inside the hotel was a big plus. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Queenstown—great value and comfort in an ideal location! "

"Stayed at the Wyndham Garden in Frankton and found it very agreeable. I originally wanted to find accommodation in Queenstown due to wanting to find parking in town but the price difference between Queenstown backpacker rooms and the Wyndham Garden would pay for 5-6 days all day parking in Queenstown."
