Great stay in trending neighborhoods

Rooms were clean and spacious. Hotel staff helpful and communicated well. The indoor pool with spas are amazing. Such a great way to start and finish your day touring around. Blue Bottle right next door was a nice treat and public transit very convenient.

An oasis in the city

The unique feature of the hotel is its spa/pool facilities. I visited it twice on my stay. Love their jacuzzis n baths, it was sheer relaxation. The hotel has a contemporary artistic vibe it’s a shame however that balcony in their rooms are locked and can’t have fresh air in. Location is great, the subway is under the hotel, and the hotel is close to lots of good cafes n restaurants.

Really nice hotel that’s at a great location. Right by subway, food and shopping options all around it. Can walk to Hyundai department store in a few minutes. The staff was so nice and accommodating. We had 5 in our group which Uber doesn’t offer 5 seater - so the staff would call us a van each time we needed it. I highly recommend the hotel - and will definitely be back.

Great hotel with only one minor issue

This hotel has wonderful facilities, and at a great location. The only bad thing I will point out is the universal receptacles because they are overly loose.

Poor internal cadence. We contacted them 3 times through emails to request an extra bed and crib but never got a reply. After the free cancellation date, I called them to make sure we have them ready but they told us they’re not able to accommodate the crib. At this point already, I was disappointed as we could have canceled the reservation itself if they had replied to at least one of my three emails. However, since it was too late to cancel, I asked them to have the crib ready upon checkin as we were arriving there at midnight and wanted to go straight to bed. We went to the hotel and then were told the crib wasn’t available either. They offered to make the couch an extra bed but I wished they had told us so when I called them and also have made the bed already as I requested. They had to make the bed for us at 2am. We were relieved one of our daughters had her own space to sleep but this whole process could have been done with much less stress. The hotel itself is nice but very disappointed with their communication and internal cadence.
