"Our stay was absolutely amazing! The hotel was spotless, very comfortable, and in a perfect central location. Everything we needed was nearby, with so many shops and places to explore around the area. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. We also loved how clean and safe the surrounding streets felt. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!"

"Convenient location, close to airport coach. Lots of eateries and good coffee shops around the hotel. 3 subway lines around but 2 are a bit far. Room is big and clean. Front desk staff are polite and helpful. Maintenance workers came right away when we report a toilet problem. Linens and towels are very clean. The room facing the front is a bit noisy at night because of the garbage truck working on the street. We didn't get the higher floor as requested at the time of booking, which I was not quite happy about it."

"The hotel staff were excellent and friendly. The hotel has great amenities and is in a great location. A point for improvement is around the cleaning of the room. Some days our bins were emptied and other days not, cups were not always cleaned or replaced and water not restocked. Breakfast spread was great. As someone with allergens could benefit from an allergen menu, although staff tried to be the most accommodating. Our room was on the third floor and there was some noise in the mornings from the neighbouring building where there are reversing vehicles. All things considered, lovely hotel."

"Perfect location for shopping"

"The Hotel is amazing! We stayed in a room with a full size fridge and wash tower. This allowed for great flexibility when it came to leftovers and washing clothes in our own time. The staff is great and the location is very good! With metro and bus stations at a very short walking distance. Will stay here again for sure!"

"The room was clean, cleanliness could be improved in the showers. Good air conditioning and amazing location. Walking distance to gwangjang market and myeongdong. I would make sure to bring your own slippers as they only provide reusable ones that seems to have been used by previous guests. There is a vending machine for other disposables."
