The room was compact but if you’ve stayed at one of their hotels before, you’ll know the rooms are well layed out to maximise the space. I had a north facing room with a nice view of Gyeongbokgung Palace. The hotel had a convenience store next door and a stone throw away from Namdaemun market. Very handy that the viral Hotteok shop (outside the IBK bank) is only 3min away and 10min walk to the main Myeongdong shopping area. It was really convenient taking the bus from the airport to the hotel, stops at the Main Street and a short walk to the hotel. Overall the location was super convenient, close to City Hall station and walking distance to a lot of places of interest.

Excellent location as near subway stations. Room is clean and practical - not a large room as it's in the middle of a major city but it has everything that you need in great condition. Coin washing machines/dryers available in the building. Breakfast is busy from 8am onwards so prepare to wait a short time (less than 5 minutes). Staff are excellent.

Me and my husband absolutely love staying at this hotel everytime we are in Seoul. Very convenient in terms of location to transportation: the airport limousine bus drops off a minute away, station access within a couple minutes, and bus stops just a few steps from the entrance of the hotel. There is also a port cochere for easy taxi or car drop offs and pick ups. There is a plethora of food options in every direction, including some nightlife one street behind the hotel. This hotel’s staff is always friendly and respectful, extremely clean, and has a nice view of Gyeongbokgung Palace and the surrounding city. The room size is enough for a couple. We got a room where the toilet room and shower room were separate so that was a plus. One of my favorite amenities that they provide are collagen eye masks which are perfect when you’ve traveled for hours and need a refresh. Highly recommend this hotel for short or long stays. We can’t wait for our next trip to the Hotel Gracery Seoul!

perfect location, have plenty of choices of local restaurants and bars down the street. Staffs are very helpful and nice. Breakfast is good enough, providing asian to western style of taste. Room in very good condition and have sufficient space to move and store baggages. Air conditioning is perfect, can set my desire temperature, have a good rest in room. The beautiful things I can store my baggages in the locker provided in lobby for free, which can let me enjoy my last day freely!! Definitely will come and stay again!
