We had a room on 19th floor with view to mountains and Palace Which was great. The room is smaller than photo because most of space is taken up with the bathroom, there was no space for 2 suitcases. A lovely hotel in a great location. Really efficient check-in and check-out - super simple with the kiosks. The room is nicely set up with amenities like pajamas and slippers. The breakfast was great - a lot of variety, tea, coffee, juice, Korean dishes, and more. The location is perfect - restaurants and coffee shops around that are open late. Walked to Seoul station afterwards. Because it is on the 11th floor (you take the elevator to reception), it was really quiet. Didn’t hear any noise from the street at all. A solid place to stay in Seoul.

Room was extremely quiet even though I was on the 12th floor. Room had all amenities and the area had lots of restaurants. Staff is friendly and kind. Concierge helped make a phone call to a store which saved me a trip as the item was out of stock. I appreciated the help as I don’t speak Korean. I will return to this hotel.

The best location

We were very pleased with the hotel. The location is very good. You can walk to the palaces and places to visit if you want. There is an iron, kettle, slippers etc. in the room. I definitely recommend it.

This is a fantastic location, behind namdaemun gate & market on one side and City Hall & insadong in the other. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and hygienic environment. Hotel offers own tours and food options besides assisting with airport taxi calls too. Definitely a recommend!!!

Another dream stay!

Another super stay at this hotel it has become my frequent hotel in town. Good bed, Japanese bathroom and perfect view from the hotel room on 20th floor with city view. I must admit that I do far have not tried the breakfast, I have a coffee and a sandwich in Starbucks on ground floor.
