"One of the best 5-star hotels I’ve stayed at: excellent service to help us book taxis / translate as we don’t speak Korean and top-tier amenities for saunas, pools, gyms with many racks to support my health needs! Not to mention the breakfast was so goooood as it is a Michelin restaurant… Will definitely come back! "

"Everything was super easy and great. The hotel is in an amazing location, check in and check out we’re super fast and easy, the room was great! Breakfast was tasty and although we didn’t really need it the staff offered to help and were great. We are going back to Korea in summer and enjoyed our stay so much we will return here! "Service is outstanding especially Michael who is a trainee in the front welcoming area. He was wonderful with recommendations for exploring Seoul with up to date information. The lobby bar is a beautiful place to stop and have a drink or something to eat. Location is perfect for exploring Myeondong on foot and subway stations are all close. Room is always clean and comfortable. If I was to find anything to criticise it’s that the rooms are looking a little tired. However that’s a non issue as the experience was perfect. I would visit this hotel again. "
