"Our stay was good and the room was quite nice when we finally arrived, however it was impossible to reach the hotel staff beforehand to ask questions. The only contact info available was actually a phone number for customer service at hotels.com – who couldn’t help us at all. Something that is very good to know is that check-in actually is at 11 pm, which generally is quite unusual. For the hotels in this area it seems common though. Many people seem to rent a room for a night, for example...

"Only after 11PM check in was not shown. They even did not allow me to park a car, only after checkin. This hotel is not for travelers but seems like for a couple needing a room for daytime dating. "

"The place is just as you see in pictures. I had an AC/Heater but we didn't manage to make it work properly so it was freezing. Overall it was okay, our only intention of staying there was because it is extremely close to Gimpo Airport and it was cheap."

"Not for couples. Mostly for gamers and single people who don’t care for noise, comfort or any type of luxury. "

"First off, it doesn’t tell you until after you book, that your “check-in” time is 10pm. We showed up at 6pm (after being stuck in Seoul traffic for 3+ hours) and wanted to relax. Just to find out that it was an extra 30,000 won if we checked in at that time. We paid this so that we had somewhere to park our car and leave our bags. Bathroom is tiny and could see some mold starting to grow on the grout along the wall. On a bright note, it is walking distance to Coex mall."

"Its nice room and staff was very polite let us check in early. I was surprised to see there was a tub for a cute little tiny room. It has a lot of restaurants and places to go explore with Family. It has a lot of Bus Transportation or Train for commuters. Too bad I was tired from Busan Trip. "

"地下鉄9号線も2号線も近く、バス停も近く、金浦空港にも近く、とにかく便利。周辺はトースト屋さん、カフェ、コンビニがいくつもあり、朝食は困らない。ホテルの古さは否めないが、清潔にしてくれており、水も冷蔵庫と ウォーターサーバがあり、フロントのお兄さんが気にかけてくれたり親切だった。"

The only thing I would have to say is that the amenities could have been slightly better as there was less than half a bottle of detergent, hand soap and showering necessities.
