This is a townhouse full apartment on 3rd. floor with 2 bedrooms, living room, full kitchen & bathroom. Each bedroom come with a Queen bed, smart tv; & A/C. Also come with bed linens and towels. No parties, no smoking inside of the apartment , This property have security systems at the entrance that cover the parking space of the property and at the stairway that covers exterior stairs... NO Camaras inside the apartment. No pets allowed or visitors.The maximum people’s in this apartment is (4) Early check in fee is $50.00 & late check out fee is $50.00 until noon time.

I enjoyed my stay here while taking my roommate on a weekend birthday getaway. We initially had difficulty finding the place, but the host had excellent communication and made sure to stay on the phone with us until we located it. The apartment was moderate and very clean. Parking was available, and the location is very convenient. For the price point, I give it 5 stars.

I would stay again in the future
There was a little confusion with the check in check out process but we easily fixed it. Everything was pristine and lovely. Hot running water. Well priced listing. Owner was respectful. I would stay again if I come back to PR. Ubers were affordable priced to get around to the fun local spots and beach.
