Pool area was excellent bar was ok closes early even on weekends grocery store is across the street that is open 24 hours with most necessities overall good service in the hotel but all around the outside of property is like the projects junkies all around the property with sores and missing limbs all the road potholes all over so I would not recommend a hot yellow mustang convertible like I did that being said San Juan was an experience no the less

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was overall very clean and well maintained; we did notice, though, a musty smell in our room, mainly when the AC was on. The location is very close to the beach, and easily walkable although a golf cart shuttle is available. There is also a very convenient 24 hr supermarket right across the street. The area is high traffic so if you want a quiet area this is not it.
